A stalwart Rotarian for 30 years, Malcolm brings a wealth of leadership experience across both Club and District levels, having served in key roles including Club President, Assistant Governor, District Governor, and Chair of multiple District Membership and Youth committees.
His passion for nurturing young leaders has been a defining pillar of his Rotary journey—he was instrumental in chartering the Whitehorse and Monash Rotaract Clubs, and he remains a tireless advocate for youth-focused programs such as RYPEN, Youth Exchange, Interact, EarlyAct, RYLA, MUNA, and NYSF. Beyond youth initiatives, Malcolm is deeply committed to environmental sustainability, contributing his expertise to District and Club environment committees, ESRAG, and the successful launch of Rotary’s 7th Area of Focus.
Malcolm’s spirit of service extends far beyond Rotary’s doors. He is a long-standing, active member of MCC Baseball, where he has given generously of his time in roles ranging from supportive parent and scorer to team manager, Junior Rep, canteen manager, grounds volunteer, Club Secretary, and ultimately Chairman. His years of dedicated service have left a lasting, positive impact on the local sports community.
