Fit for Purpose  Update and timelines:
  • as mentioned on Aug 28, Tony Stokes will attend Sydney workshop as secondary delegate, with Stephen Fisher as primary delegate, as club takes-up this newly offered optional appointment.
  • Aug 31- registration fee deadline
  • survey and information gathering commences
  • 12-13 Oct - Club Transformation workshop in Sydney with Stephen Fisher & Tony Stokes attending in person.
  • late October - Club Fitness Plans completed and distributed to clubs
  • early November - Club Fitness Coach first check-in with clubs
  • Nov 24 - Jun 25 -Implementation Phase, with quarterly follow-up from Club Fitness Coach
  • Jun 30 2025 - every fact of Club Fitness Plan should be implemented
  • 2025/26 - follow-up, mentoring, reporting
  • Jun 30, 2026 - End of Pilot.
