Operation Toilets update: Project SWAN
 
 

·         Community Led Total Sanitation & Hygiene Project in the West Rukum region of Nepal.

.           Through International Needs Australia attracts 1:1 DFAT matching. ​​​​​​​

·         Decision made to support Years and 1 and 2. Year 3 subject to later review. 

·         Year 1 payment of $40K paid 31st March; Year 2 payment before end June 2026.

·         Focus of next 12 months is to raise the $40K required for the second payment
Good to meet Melly Ngowi at our recent meeting.

Currently, Melly is a Masters of Information Technology student
at Kaplan Business School, Melbourne. 
 
Our club is sponsor of a three year Beyond St Jude scholarship.
