Continuing our story on our project in Timor Leste:
In May this year, we provided the first images of our school garden project in Batugade, Timor Leste.
Today we have received more photos of the garden and it is hard to comprehend the amount of growth in the 3 weeks since the last update.

Sebastian, who is the project officer with Spend it Well has written:
'Selamat sian semua kk ini di gardeng school batugade sayur kankun dan bayam dan water melon makasi'
In English:
'Good afternoon to all the siblings*, this is at Garden School Batugade, kankun**vegetables, spinach and water melon, thank you'.
*Our prime contact with this project Nandy Gurr has suggested that siblings, actually means supporters.
**Kankun is a green vegetable, local to the area, and reportedly very tasty, and nutritious.
